Connecting with other FireLeague Fantasy Game users.

Looking at your profile page and wondering what a "connection" is?  Wonder no more...

Connections allow you to communicate with other FireLeague users.  Creating connections is similar to adding a friend on Facebook®.  Once you've connected with another FireLeague user you'll be able to view their profile, e-mail them, and send private messages.

Creating a connection is simple.

1. Login to your FireLeague account.

2. Click on the Add a Friend link (this can also be accessed form the Community > Add a Friend link located on the FireLeague homepage).

3. In the Username field type the name of the user you wish to connect with.

4. Don't know the user's name?  Click on the List all link. Still can't find who you're looking for? Click on the Search users link for more options.

5. Find the user you wish to connect with and click on the link to be taken to their profile page.

6. From within the users profile page select Connections > Request a Connection.  Enter a message to send to the user and click Submit.

Once your connection request has been accepted, you're ready to start sending messages.

The Private Message System is the first of a series of user profile upgrades that will be implemented on the FireLeague site.  These new components are designed to provide a means for our fantasy game competitors to socialize with one another.  Give it a go and let us know what you think.
