Welcome to the new FireLeague!
We listened, we learned, we took action.
2010 is a new year and we've overhauled our site to provide a richer, more stable, and more entertaining environment for our customers to play fantasy football games.
The 2009 season was a resounding success. We hosted hundreds of fantasy football teams and paid out over $6,000 in cash prizes. Along the way we learned a lot about the fantasy football business and our customers. During the off-season we focused our energy on learning from our experiences, and analyzing the feedback we received from our customers. After careful consideration we decided to focus our 2010 development efforts on three primary goals.
1. Providing a stable fantasy football game engine.
2. Making games more accessible to a wider user base.
3. Fostering a community environment.
For the 2010 season we will start with salary cap football contests and re-introduce draft and trade leagues at a later time. The salary cap football games are a lot of fun, and very accessible, while still providing a challenge level that accomdates everyone from a novice to an expert.
We've invested signifcant time and resources in meeting these goals and hopefully that shows.
